In nearly 2 months of being here. No trash pickup. Have called the town of Milton and trash collector and still no pickup but lots of excuses.No lawn service in that time. Pay a healthy HOA fee but no lawn services. Street floods whenever it rains. Anybody you call or contact always say it somebody else's responsibility but nobody knows who that person is. Plenty of excuses by the HOA and the town of the Milton but no action. At this time I am very dissatisfied with my choice of location.
Update: trash finally picked up. Lawn was mowed but of course it was butchered. The lawn service must be own by somebody's relative. I have seen better lawn service done by meth heads in Florida.

Absolutely love the location...Milton and near the beach but not too busy. Great neighbors, quiet neighborhood, and love our home. Low utility bills and well insulated. Our home is the perfect floor plan and size for our life style and the lot we chose is backed to the woods. Ever so happy.

This has been put second new construction home and we are very happy...new construction is never perfect, but we are happy. We had minor issues with our floor, but Fernmoor addressed fairly quickly considering COVID delays and lack of staff. The price was right for us and we feel we invested in a great neighborhood and a gem in the rough the town of Milton...the times and neighborhood overall are charming and we couldn't ask for better neighbors and community!

We are so happy that we chose Heritage Creek, love the location. We love living all on one floor with an open and airy floorplan. The building process was made easy with all the pros working at Fernmoor and was kept on schedule. . We also love the maintenance free living, wonderful neighbors and community. Teresa & Ed Henry

Fernmoor homes are amazing. Collectively, 3 family members have purchased Fernmoor homes. Their standard features are high grade and they do not try to upswell you upgrades that you may not need or want. They truly respect your budget and timeline and most importantly they want you to be happy. WE ARE!!
