This was our first time eating here. The timing was just right because we were seated immediately. I asked if they had a booth and was told "sure," but were not seated at a booth. We were between tables with enough closeness to have conversation with other patrons. They should have just said they don't have booths. Anyway, our server arrived and took our orders just before the fire alarm went on. That was interesting. No one evacuated, and no one said anything to the patrons. It made for a conversation amongst the patrons for about 10 minutes. Our food arrived by someone who didn't seem as happy as the person who took our order. We were pleasantly surprised with our meals. The flavor and tenderness of my ribs and my wife's seafood sandwich were very good. Our crab cakes were also well made. Our server checked in several times, which is a good practice. We also enjoyed the way they made their french fries. We added some salt to them. If we're in this area of Maryland again, we would consider eating there again and recommend this establishment even with the issues I mentioned because 1 good staff member plus the good food made us content.

My family and I enjoyed the food here so much that we dinner here twice during our week vacation in OC, MD! The interior is rather basic and casual, the food (especially the crab dip appetizer & colossal crabcakes) and the Frozen drinks were delicious! 🦀🍹

Initially, we were told that it would be an hour wait for our party of 7, but ended up being more like 10 min! The service was slow since they do appear a bit understaffed, but they try their best to accommodate. Had coloring pages for the kid in our group, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Street parking could be tricky.

Definitely recommend this restaurant! Enjoy

Food is amazing. Crabcake is like butter melts in your mouth. Definitely it must try. The drinks are delicious and also comes with the appetizer which is super fun and exciting to try new things so definitely try it out. You won’t be disappointed.

We go to Crab Cake Factory often. Good food, great service and always a great time! The Bloody Mary's are legendary.

Great bar/ restaurant in our favorite area of North OCMD. Fun place 2 blocks off beach and on main drag. Great drinks and yummy food. Fun crowd and a good time 🤗
