Better Living should be everyone’s go to if you are looking to add a three- or four-season room to your home! We recently added a four-season room to our new home, and we LOVE It! Our room overlooks a large pond that offers a lot of aviary wildlife in addition to a beautiful fountain.
Patrick Cummings met with us first to find out our dreams for the new room. He had assisted us a few years ago with a three-season room, and we had a very positive outcome and we wanted to use their design talents and skills once again.
Matt Whalen from Better Living then came over and designed a room including customized windows and a sliding door that allows incredible panoramic views of the pond and all that it has to offer.
After meeting with Patrick and Matt, we were lucky to have JD (for a second time) and Bill (also for a second time) to complete the build. The entire team needs to be commended including;
JD, Bill, Cap, Davin, Johnathon (the electrician), Tyler, Gary, Herbs and Tom! These guys worked diligently to build us the room of our dreams.
And let’s not forget Lea in the front office, always ready to pass on our messages.
At Patrick’s suggestion we then added a mini-split HVAC system that was mounted on a shiplap wall that Matt designed. The mini-split was installed by Ron John HVAC (Ronnie and Jason … awesome guys!). We are now enjoying our new room year-round.
There is a reason that the company is called BETTER LIVING, because it truly is!!
