We had an incredible experience working with Bay to Beach Builders from start to finish. The planning and design process was seamless, and the craftsmanship of our completed project was outstanding. Their customer service is top notch—the office staff was always friendly and helpful, and our project manager consistently kept us informed and on track with timelines. Every crew member we encountered was professional, highly skilled in their trade, and maintained a clean, organized job site throughout the build. Bay to Beach Builders truly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and a team that genuinely cares about their clients.

Our family used Bay to Beach Builders to build our home last year and we had an amazing experience. The moment we walked into Greenwood location in 2019, I knew I want to use them because craftsmanship and great quality, and excellent sales team.
We had a great experience with Sales Team Remy and Kimberly were the best. Even if they are not with the company now, I want to send a huge shout to them for the work they have done.
We had a minor and insignificant issue because of change of sales contacts which was resolved by production/ operation team, our wonderful supervisor Mark, and his boss James. As soon as they start, they don't play, just build... We had a call every Friday with updates from Mark on progress until the end. Mark went above and beyond trying to correct miscommunication from sales and boy let me tell he had patience with me (my eyes can see to many details, lol). He had an answer for every question we had and if we brough anything into his attention, it was corrected. Huge shout to Joey he went above and beyond on warranty walks and corrected things we didn't bring up into his attention.
You built our Home. You built what you have promised and for that Thank You! We are very happy with our home, and you will always get our recommendation!

As a widow making a scary decision to build my first NEW home after my husband passed was truly stepping out of my comfort zone! An angel happened to be on my side and I call it “Bay To Beach Builders”. Absolutely everything they told me was 100% accurate! I was assigned a site supervisor who called me every Friday with an update! There was never any unwanted surprises! My settlement happened within a week of the original goal even though the electric company delayed me 2 weeks! Did I mention this was during the pandemic? I consider myself truly grateful to Bay to Beach for walking side by side with me building a very efficient and beautiful home!

We were 5 months getting a custom floor plan, they may be ok with their plans they have already built but no vision into what we wanted. The Amish did good quality work but they dont do plumbing or electrical n the sub contractors left alot to be desired. It took way too long to build, ordered wrong fixtures n had to wait on the right ones. Then anything other than white n builder grade was an upgrade n added to our cost!. Alot could have been resolved thru good communication but there was none.. no follow up! I waited 6 months to give a review I believe in giving everyone a chance for redemption but it's apparent they dont care about us just that they built 1000!.. I'm not sure if they built my dream home or built theres just to get it done n not deal with me!. They no longer communicate with me n it still isn't complete!.. They wouldn't let me talk to the owner but i believe hes a good Christian man n could make it right from the Bay to the Beach!..

Great experience throughout the whole process. Very good communication between us and the superintendent. We are happy that we chose Bay to Beach Builders. Would recommend to anyone deciding to build a new home. Thanks.
