Our family used Bay to Beach Builders to build our home last year and we had an amazing experience. The moment we walked into Greenwood location in 2019, I knew I want to use them because craftsmanship and great quality, and excellent sales team.
We had a great experience with Sales Team Remy and Kimberly were the best. Even if they are not with the company now, I want to send a huge shout to them for the work they have done.
We had a minor and insignificant issue because of change of sales contacts which was resolved by production/ operation team, our wonderful supervisor Mark, and his boss James. As soon as they start, they don't play, just build... We had a call every Friday with updates from Mark on progress until the end. Mark went above and beyond trying to correct miscommunication from sales and boy let me tell he had patience with me (my eyes can see to many details, lol). He had an answer for every question we had and if we brough anything into his attention, it was corrected. Huge shout to Joey he went above and beyond on warranty walks and corrected things we didn't bring up into his attention.
You built our Home. You built what you have promised and for that Thank You! We are very happy with our home, and you will always get our recommendation!

As a widow making a scary decision to build my first NEW home after my husband passed was truly stepping out of my comfort zone! An angel happened to be on my side and I call it “Bay To Beach Builders”. Absolutely everything they told me was 100% accurate! I was assigned a site supervisor who called me every Friday with an update! There was never any unwanted surprises! My settlement happened within a week of the original goal even though the electric company delayed me 2 weeks! Did I mention this was during the pandemic? I consider myself truly grateful to Bay to Beach for walking side by side with me building a very efficient and beautiful home!

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Bay to Beach Builders! When we started this process at the beginning of 2024, we were unsure if everything could be completed on time, but they absolutely exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way.
The attention to detail and commitment to building a high-quality home truly stood out. We were particularly impressed with the craftsmanship of their Amish contractors, whose skills and dedication brought an exceptional level of quality to our home.
The entire building process was incredibly smooth, and the team made what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and enjoyable journey. We’re thrilled with the final result and wholeheartedly recommend Bay to Beach Builders to anyone looking to build their dream home. Thank you for making ours a reality.

If you want your house to take 4 times the amount of time then this is the company for you. They don't want to work when it's nice out and say it's too cold to work if the temps drop. Better off getting a house built by a fruit stand vendor than this company.

Should call themselves amateur builders. Amish are good, but only do concrete, framing, cabinets and trim. B to b is basically a general contractor, they engage the lowest bidders to get the job done. The superintendent just made excuses, being more concerned to close on time so he could get his bonus. Our list of 31 items at the 1 year mark, only about half got done, only with bandaids. Lots of smoke and mirrors with these people. When we asked to speak with the owner we were told that you dont meet the owner of a car car dealership when you buy a car.
We paid for high quality, and got below average.
The upgrades, especially our 1800 dollar shower doors look like they belong in a trailer, and "that's what we wanted" was their response.
