I contracted with Mike's Flooring and Design to replace my kitchen countertops and cabinet doors. Joe Gallagher was a great project manager and handled the inevitable problems that surface in this type of job in a quick and satisfactory way. I am extremely happy with the results and very much enjoyed working with Joe and the contractors who completed the job.

We purchased both LVP and carpeting from Mike's in connection with a remodel of our Bethany vacation home last year. The products are extremely good, the installation was done on time and was flawless, and working with Jodi was a real pleasure. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient during the selection process, and came to our home several times to make sure the installation could proceed as smoothly as possible, which it did. We have just returned to Mikes to purchase tile for a kitchen backsplash, and look forward to working with Jodi again.

I needed good advice and precise decision making and Jessica helped me do that. She came to my home, brought samples, and we got new carpeting put down within two weeks for the home we were selling.
The carpet looks fabulous. Guys were on time and great.

Steve was easy to work with and gave us a reasonable quote. Bill the scheduler gave us the date and time we wanted. The installers were early and did a great job on our carpet install. We could not be happier with Mike's Flooring and Design Center. This wasn't our first time using them and it won't be our last.

We had a great experience purchasing new vinyl planking floors for our condo. The customer service was great, and the product and installation was top notch, with great attention to detail. The pricing is on par with other flooring stores, which made our decision an easy one. The only snafu we had was the wrong color of quarter round molding was initially installed. When we notified the salesperson, the correct molding was installed the very next day. We were extremely impressed with the entire process, and are in love with the way the floor looks. We highly recommend them.
